However, the $14.95 monthly charge brings the effective kWh rate to 13.1 cents. So, the average estimated monthly supply charge runs about $112.30. This also makes it another great option for heavier energy users. Similarly, keep in mind the $50 early cancellation fee if you need to switch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electricity Savings with Frontier <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Finally, there\u2019s Frontier Utilities<\/a><\/strong><\/strong>. This gold rated provider not only beats the PTC rate, but does it without any early termination fees! Coming in at 12 cents per kWh, the PA Frontier Secure Power 12<\/strong> plan could be just the ticket for you. There is a $9.95 monthly charge, bringing your estimated average monthly supply charge to $112.08. But, as with the other plans covered, the more power you use, the less the monthly charge affects your rate per kWh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
