“ This company sent an employee to our building. He claimed to be an employee for Comed, the energy supplier we are all members with. He asked to view a previous bill because we were charged a fee that needed to be refunded. He then enrolled us in his company for a one year contract without asking for consent. We have cancelled the enrollment, but this is ridiculous and a complete scam. ”

OBNOXIOUS PUSHY DOOR TO DOOR ENERGY SALES! We are in Bristol, PA and a few minutes ago someone starts ringing our doorbell over and over for 30 sec straight.
When I get to the door I'm immediately getting the "hi are you in charge of making decisions about electric etc for the household". I reply "I'm not interested" and start back inside and this lady has the audacity to think that she's ENTITLED to my time and informs me that I NEED to listen to her. Guess again!
I finally have to tell her - cause she is NOT listening "This is my house. You are now trespassing and if you do not leave I will call the police". And she's like "you can do what you like I don't care blah blah". I finally actually have to tell her off and just slam the door.
Congrats your people are SO Obnoxious that I will now post this review EVERYWHERE I can and hopefully hurt your bottom line.

“ I had received a phone call in the beginning from a windy sales rep. They off course had their spill of all the good things they could help us with. We tried them! That was in December 2017. For the first three months everything was fine. Their rate was slightly lower than AEP. I didn't mind that. The last three months were a different story. The bills were higher but I dismissed the higher bills to the weather at the time. It was my billing period for May that shook me. It was the second highest bill that I had ever received. Initially I thought okay it's the weather. We basically went from winter to summer. I had to use the A/C early. As time grew closer to paying the bill, I thought about all the things that could have shot this bill up so high. That's when I thought I'd better look at the billing statement. I was floored when I seen the difference between what AEP's rate was compared to Palmco. It was doubled! It had been for the last three months. We called Palmco immediately and cancelled! Their response was we didn't have a locked rate. What a response from a company who was so eager to have our business! Never again! ”
“ Never ever, go with Palmco,they ripped us off big time, way over charged us and then wouldn't cancel when we told them to ”
