“ Company fraudulently switch my account to theirs, I had it canceled and switch back to my utility company PECO. A week later I receive a bill from my utility company with a $65 charge To Pennsylvania gas and electric which I did not have an account with. At this time I'm getting a run around from Pennsylvania gas and electric. These people never approach me to switch that was never contacted by them They are performing wire fraud. ”

“ A sales representative showed up to my house without me being there. A person doing work on my house was confronted and harassed into giving his own personal information to the company which allowed this company to switch my gas provider to their services without my knowledge or consent. This is a fraudulent company and they charge more than double what other companies charge and continue to harass me regarding this after getting the PUC involved. They will not be receiving my money and they are a complete scam and very rude to speak to. What they did was illegal and they will continue to do this to other people so be aware. Apparently anyone can sign you up for new utilities regardless if theyre the homeowner or even live on the property. Good to know. Very disappointed. ”
“ Rep came to our door and offered a good deal on electric. Later found out that they also changed our gas company and charge us double the going rate. Gas was never discussed with the salesperson. Cant cancel without paying a huge fee. ”
“ A representative for this company came to the door, told me he was with "supplier" and was making sure my rate was locked in. He then switched me from the supplier I was with to PG & E. A complete scam. Never said he was switching me to another company. Fortunately I caught this when my utility company notified me of the change. When I called PG & E's customer service to cancel, the rep was offshore, wouldn't listen, and basically laughed at me. I canceled with the help of the Public Utilities Commission. ”
