They changed my suppliers and the price went super high, four times higher than my original suppliers. And you have to call to cancel. Be aware of their staff coming to your door! ”

They fill out a form, sign it themselves, and call the RPA customer service center so that another of those crooks can approve the supposed affiliation with RPA. We had to call RPA to disaffiliate ourselves from this scam and they charged us $100 for fees from the famous PARTNER RPA !!!!. ”
“ They suddenly changed the rate without any notice. My bill went up by nearly 50% even though my electric usage was less than half compared to the previous bill. I called my supplier to find out why the bill spiked, but they said there's nothing they can do other than switch back to direct supply. DO NOT USE THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS OR ECO-FRIENDLY BULL THEY TRY TO SELL TO YOU. ”

“ Technically RPA is a 100% renewable and Real energy supplier, so it's not like what they did is an actual scam, but I was never told that I was switching Suppliers. I was told that this was a required action from PECO and that it's just updating in the system to lower my overall bill. But then I got charged WAY MORE! The guy did say my first Bill would be a lot of money and then my second bill would be a very low amount (Which did happen) but I was only paying like $20 less than my previous supplier once my third bill came in. Anyway this got me looking at different Suppliers for Renewable Energy and I found RPA and my previous supplier were the more expensive options, so I didn't even switch back to my old supplier and signed up for a supplier that had never even attempted to contact me (was way cheaper too) ”

“ Twice this company sent 2 different young men to my mother's home to try and convince her to sign up. Both times she was scammed. Once with a $50 Visa gift card and this last time (which was recent) the young man came into my mother's house and used his phone to take a screenshot of a gas and electric bill that belonged to the landlord of the place she lived in (the gas bill got sent to her home by accident.) Later on when she got her gas and electric bill from BG&E, she saw she was enrolled with "RPA Energy" without her permission. This is the same company who has called her from different numbers, even when she's stated not to call her and take her off their calling list, insisting she sign up with them. Not only has your company crossed the line of harassment, but now your employees are taking screenshots of OTHER PEOPLES mail just to get their information. My mother is almost 80 years old, I've hung up on your company before because I refused to let your employees harass her while I was in her home. Expect legal action if this continues. ”

“ One of their sales person came to the order ,claimed that since you get your energy supplies from pse&g , they get out of state supplier, switching with em will have my supply of energy portion disappear because they are in state suppliers. Surprise to me , with em my bill is always close to $200 even in summer . winter was higher than that , waited few months than i figured it out . they jus liar's and scam you by lie . after switching back to Pseg and their chosen supplier my bill went back to $100 . ”
“ I was switched to this company without my knowledge or approval they charged me .15 cents per kilowatt. My electric bill more then doubled! I received a bill from peco for over $350 for that previous month. I called and questioned it, they said It was cause my new supplier was way!! Over charging me! This is a huge legal issue and fraud! ”

“ They were my less than mediocre energy supplier at an old address I lived at, but I have since closed that comed account and moved to a location where my energy bills are included in the rent. Suddenly, for seemingly no reason, 18 months after having moved, they begin calling me multiple times a day to discuss my plan. After telling them I was not the holder of the energy plan and did not have the authority to change my supplier I was told they would take me off their calling list and close my account with them. So of course they immediately start calling me every day again with even greater frequency. I eventually got fed up enough to answer and demand I be removed from their system, whereupon they started asking for my information and trying to get me to re-enlist with their awful service with automated surveys and questions, completely ignoring me as I repeatedly told them "I DON'T LIVE AT THAT ADDRESS ANYMORE!", "I AM NOT THE PLAN HOLDER AT MY NEW RESIDENCE AND CAN'T CHANGE IT!", "I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE!" ”

“ They signed my 94 year old mother up over the phone. I am her son and pay her bills. I have her with PECO and would never switch. This Company is not reputable. DON"T DEAL WITH THEM ”
“ IF I COULD POST THIS REVIEW WITH NO STARS I WOULD'VE BECAUSE THEY DON'T DESERVE THE 1 I GAVE. THEY ARE SOME LIARS. THEY TOLD ME MY BILL WOULD BE LOWER THAN WHAT IT ALREADY WAS ONLY FOR IT TO GO UP AND UP EVERY MONTH. MY LAST STRAW WAS A BILL FOR 159. MIND YOU MY BILL BEFORE THEM WAS ONLY 60. I CANCELLED MY SERVICE WITH THEM THE BEGINNING OF JULY. I WAS NEVER TOLD IT TAKES 1-2 BILLING CYCLES TO SEE THEM OFF MY BILL. SO I NOW I HAVE A BILL FOR 208 WITH THESE PEOPLE STILL ON MY BILL ABC THEY'RE TELLING ME THEY CAN'T SEE IT IN THEIR SYSTEM. I CALL BS. THEY HAVE 3 DAYS TO FIX THIS BEFORE THEY HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM ON THEIR HANDS. OH AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY GIFT CERTIFICATE CERTIFICATE EITHER. ”
