Annoying person's telling me they overcharged me and telling me they know where i live, but when i asked to give me my money back on my account they would not do it. I kept saying I was at work and they kept asking for my personal information age, address, and energy bill information in order to get my refund. This when I told them over and over that I was at work ”

I have lived in apartments for awhile but I didn't even know choosing a supplier was a thing. A representative knocked on my door and explained it all to me, but they purposely make it confusing and make you think this is something you have to give your information for and is just a change in your services, NOT that it's an optional thing. Several of their practices are how scams operate, including a phone call where they ask you 10 questions and only want you to answer Yes to them and nothing else, and a confirmation number you have to write down that you don't actually need (I'm pretty sure the confirmation number is fake and is just to make you think it's more legit). I supposedly was able to cancel it by talking to their online chat, but now I'm paranoid that they won't actually cancel it for me. ”

What I don't understand is why you sent me an email in Oct wit a confirmation number and don't have any record 2 mos later. Bad business. And why wait 5 months to respond to my rating for you. It's not unlikely to have a $300 + monthly bills. Never had a $400 bill.This month was $871 !! The month before was $665 !!. Not sure what happened. I quickly opted out but was told I would have to stay with them for another 1 or 2 billing cycles. Beware! Stay away from Provision! ”

Dishonest about contract duration

Provision reps lied about the length of the contract. They said it was until the end of NEXT December (this happened in November). They also stated that the rate will vary but will never exceed .05/kwh. I should have trusted my gut instinct and told them no. When I received my terms, conditions and contract a few days later, it is for ONE month, not 12. I went ahead and canceled the supplier before my contract started. Too many red flags right from the start. I wouldnt trust or recommend Provision to anyone. There are plenty of other suppliers to pick from that are more reputable. ”

I had a rep show up at my door and I told him I couldnt talk over signing up at the time but he kept insisting it would take a few minutes. I started filling out the form on my phone and read through the checklist. He did not do several of the things I was supposed to sign off that he did. But as he was watching my screen, I felt uncomfortable and selected that he did everything. Then when the verification call came, he told me to say yes to everything. One of the questions was if he had left the premises, I answered yes but he had not. I felt uncomfortable as he was standing right there and said that he had left. I will be calling my providers in the morning to cancel. I tried to report the incident via chat but the rep said she already did took my complaint, which wasnt true at all. The whole situation feels very predatory. ”

These people have been to my house 3 times and was extremely rude every single time. All three times was during the pandemic and not ONCE did they wear a mask! Then DEMANDED that I bring them my bill so that they can review it and when I explained that I wasnt interested they wouldnt take no for an answer and the last time they were here my baby started crying so I explained to them that I had to go, they had a crappy remark. So tired of people thinking they can just come to my house and demand that I give them attention or demand they review my bills. ”

I stated that I am not interested, and she responds with a sarcastic attitude "how are you not interested in saving money and getting a lower rate"? Then she continued with the attitude and sarcastic comments. I suggest your people that are representing your company to work on their customer service skills and their sales pitch. Very rude and if that is how they are going to be I have no interest in switching to that company! ”
