Criminal scammers

  Do not even open your door to these people. Their sales rep forced his way into the house and presented himself as a current supplier representative. After mispresenting basically everything he added that this is an annual review of service and somehow signed me up to their service. Rest is history. Stay away from them as they will do anything to get your account number and screw you over.

  They quadruple your rates and they dont send anything out to tell you about it. Getting ahold of them is like trying to contact the pentagon. How a company like them can operate is beyond all reason.

  Salesman knocked on our door pretty late on a Saturday evening. It seemed like he was with our building management and asked to see a copy of our electric bill because other residents were unhappy with their rates. Somehow he ended up in our apartment, we weren't expecting to have a guest and of course there are concerns about covid so it was very uncomfortable. We signed up as there was a promise of our rates being lower than National Grid's especially once this imminent rate increase took effect that he kept talking about. Later we looked over the contract and the rate from CleanSky was significantly higher than our National Grid rate. Mind you, we did not want to spend time going over all of this while he was here and we were being pushed into signing up. I knew that I could cancel within 3 days so I signed it just to get out of the situation as fast as possible as it was getting really annoying. I called on Monday to cancel and upon explaining this the customer service agent told me that she doesn't understand because she sticks to her convictions and if she's not interested in something she says no, and she never changes her mind. She tried multiple other ways to try to get me not to cancel. Eventually she helped me cancel but told me there's no guarantee that the service won't go into effect because of the way their system works. This is a company that basically has no need to exist and therefore has to resort to these pushy, sketchy, annoying antics.

  So the experience was horrible ! The woman lied and said it had to do with my BGE and it would just be a discount. Little did i know She signed us up for this not telling us the actual details! She deleted the text messages out of our phone confirming the information and then just left. Wasnt till i read Further more of the email that was sent to me that i knew what she explained was the not correct information she gave us. The man that helped cancel the plan was very nice and apologized for the wrong doing of the woman. Seems like a nice company they just need better people explaining and doing the stuff that come door to door because the way i see It is they are wrongfully getting people to sign up just so they can get their money from their Commissions

Unethical and scam

  I would stay away from this company. Unethical and scam. They called me and tricked me into subscribing to their service by first falsifying the fact that there was a mistake in my bill, that they had enrolled me in a commercial billing plan instead of residential and I was being charged an incorrect rate and that I am eligible for a refund and that they are rectifying their mistake. The agent introduced himself as someone from New Jersey Gas supply. At first I didn't realize they were not my current supplier. I asked the agent several times that is this about changing my current gas/electricity supplier. He declined. He responded rudely as if he was doing a favor and in return I was questioning too much. He was explaining all the savings and how much extra I paid due to their mistake. Upon asking again he said he is not changing my supplier just correcting their mistake in my billing. He took my details and I got suspicious when he asked me for PoD number and so I asked him again whether this will change my supplier and in the end he said yes this will. He revealed the new supplier as CleanSky energy. I asked him to immediately revert the change. He transferred the call to his supervisor. His supervisor was explaining me the paper work to cancel the subscription. This is not done. This is unethical. You cannot trick someone to subscribe to your service by falsifying. I will never subscribe to your service even if you provide it for free.

  I had called about my high electric bills not Realizing I had gone out of contract no wonder they were double the gentleman that took care of me gave me a refund for $68 On the last months bill. Got back on track with a contract I will be checking out for natural gas next thank you

  When I first decided to go solar I researched and learned a great deal. When Cleansky Energy contacted me and explained what the company good do for me, I thought it was great. Over the future years they will provide a lower cost per KWH's than the electric company did, meaning that I will lower my electric bill even more.   I was contacted by CleanSky Energy and the young lady was very polite and thorough in her presentation and I looked at my electric and gas services and rates and decided on CleanSky. So far I am very pleased. My electric bill is half what it was and haven't received a gas bill yet, but I know that I will be equally pleased with it.

  When your service is up and you dont renew your electric service your bill will double. They will not notify or call. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. It will cost you hundreds.

  2 years with Titan Gas...Horrible...just horrible. Got an Insanlry Overpriced Bill this month. Was being charged an insane amount of money. Then received a Scam call in an Indian accent saying we apologise for overcharge and then asking me for my personal Information. I've never seen anything like it. I didnt know third party providers could be this bad. Never again will I deal with this. To all who see please listen to me and the other Reviewers! Titan Company needs to be Sued!

  Their opening offer was good so I switched. Later I noticed my bill was increasing but I assumed there was a rise in energy cost overall.
This month it was so much higher than I ever paid PECO I checked it out.
Turns out there had been a fine print "introductory offer" clause and indeed I was being billed at a higher rate. A MUCH higher rate. I checked with PECO for a comparison bill and Titan was charging $100 in excess of that.

  Terrible Company, They Raised My Rate by 25% and started charging me a $5.95 a month fee, when my plan ended. Thankfully They Never informed me My plan was ending, so I didn't know to shop for a fair rate
