It has now been 3 months since I tried to change to another supplier at about the rate
Still getting billed for Energy Harbor rate ”
“ They made seller messages on my bill saying a had a certain rate (same as I was paying) locked for 11 months. 3 months later, they increase the rate 41% I called 4 times, they promised to look into it, promised to call back and completely ignored me. Scam company and not to be trusted. ”
“ I did online enrollment for three accounts. I received confirmation numbers for three accounts. Then I get an email telling me there was a problem with an enrollment that didn't give me any specifics. I called and was told that two of the three accounts were processed incorrectly and had to be resubmitted for enrollment. Supposedly "someone" will reach out to me. ”

“ I just switched to Energy Harbor. The rate was great. Now one month later, I receive a letter from AEP Ohio stating Energy Harbor is in default . Now Im dissatisfied with the whole film flam process in selecting The Energy Supplier. For now Ill stick with AEP at 0.51/kWh . ”

“ Enrolled via app. Hesitated, the continue enrolling within the 2 mns during my enrollment, the rate went up 4 pts. Had proof what rate I was receiving through email. Called customer service 2x's, talk to Supervise another time, ultimately even the Supervise had to look into my enrollment before offering me the rate I had proof of. While on phone with Supervise rate dropped even lower then the original rate I wanted. Told them to cancel my enrollment, that I was going elsewhere. Good thing, found even a way lower rate with Santana Engery. Guess is was meant to be! Thanks Energy Harbor for providing nasty customer service. I'll remember that next time! By the way, how is it your rate changed 3x's on web during my time with customer service? That's kind I'd bad business, isn't it? ”

I have called this company many time at all times of the day. No one ever answers!! I have been on hold for hours!!! I am so sick of not being able to speak to someone so I will find another company.
This company does not respond to their on line email contact form either. I'd think hard about using this company ”

“ I signed up online for a 12 month rate. I received a letter in the mail welcoming to the company and confirming all my information. Two days later I received another letter with a slightly higher rate but everything seemed set. When I got my electric bill on the second billing cycle the supplier had not changed yet. I called Energy Harbor to confirm there were no problems and was told that my account had been rejected. Since then rates have gone up. Why wasnt I notified immediately? ”

I called the company and asked for their gas rates.
I was told that they could not help me because they dd not have
the rates and that i should check the website.
I asked if they would have the rates tomorrow, I was told No ”
