Bounce Energy was founded in 2008 in Houston, Texas and has since become one of the fastest growing retail electricity providers in the state. Bounce has been innovative with the technology options in their customer account management software and have a variety of different rewards programs from which a customer can select. They're extremely active with their customers on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media outlets and their customers also can take advantage of one of the most robust refer-a-friend programs available. In 2012 they received the highest level of excellence from JD Power & Associates customer surveys, and they've consistently been ranked as one of the Top 2 of my Texas Electricity Ratings since 2011. I'd say they've come a long way since opening their doors in 2008. Bounce Energy has recently expanded their service into New York and Pennsylvania.

  They were very helpful! I was with Ambit energy before and they charged me $10 extra just for using less than 1000kw.With bounce my locked rate is 9.9/kw. :D

  I can't believe that I'd never considered switching before... until I looked into the details of my current provider (Green Mtn) who I'd used for the past 8 years. I NEVER had any problems AT ALL with GM, but I was startled to see that they were WAY overpriced!! My bad for not looking into the details sooner. The switch was easy and painless. DO IT!

The Cheapest Thus Far NO Gimmikks!!

  I lived in Austin for years you could not choose your electric company the prices are high in the summer due to the TX heat! I moved to Killeen and did a lot of research on the prices and company's Bounce delivered!! Not only are they the Cheapest rates there are no hidden fees and the rewards are Outstanding!! I got a $25 gift card for signing up on line I was able to choose my own plan and I used a promo code and after 3 on time payments $50.00 was knocked off my bill as promised!! Once you sign up you will be given your own promo code to give out and earn $50.00 again!! Awesome company and incenitives!!

Bounce is Cheapest and Easiest to Work With

  I've been with Bounce Energy since December 2012. I've never had trouble with them. The one time I had a question about a reward (discounts or gift cards which they give frequently), they responded quickly and answered my question well. Also, I just visited powertochoosedotorg.   We couldn't be happier and they offered us the cheapest rate. We locked in our rate for 12 months, picked the e-billing option, yes to auto pay, no thanks on green. Plus we got a $25 bill credit at sign-up, a $50 credit after our first 3 months, quarterly rewards and the referral bonus is great. Use this code and give it to your friends 1574566 we lowered our electricity bill and earned $50!! Sign-up-today! Great Company. As for the negative reviews about not receiving the bill credits and late fees just make sure you make your payments on time EVERY month. Also customer service does take a few minutes before you can talk to someone. Very happy customer so far!! Thanks to the rewards program and cheaper rates we are saving about $200 a year. I highly recommend using this company.

BEST ELECTRIC COMPANY EVER!

  I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about because I've been with Bounce since December and I've already earned enough bill credits to not pay my bill for the next two months. Yea they started charging encor fees directly to the consumer i.e. higher bills but they really give you every opportunity to "earn" your electricity. I'm in college and I'm completely happy with not having to pay my bill, I cannot express how much this is not a joke. Sounds to good to be true? Your wrong. Oh and I get free movie tickets and a gift card if I pay my next few payments, which as I explained before, are being taken care of by the giant bill credit I earned. So free move tickets+free electricity+gift cards?   Just started our new relationship 10/13 with bounce energy. I must say that for two people that are away from home Monday through Saturday 160 or 171 a month. My electric bills are super high regardless of the low locked rate of 8.7 not to mention the ONCOR fees are terrible. My neighbors electric bills when compared they have a higher rate and are a family of 5 and and there is always some there using up electricity and there bills range 80 to 120 a month and no where in there bill do I see an oncor fee.

  With various rewards program including rewards for paying on-time every month, discounts for auto-pay/e-billing plus the ability to play with the build your own calculator to find their cheapest rate switching from Reliant Energy was a no brainer. I locked in a 15 month rate that was 20% cheaper than Reliant's best un-published plan. I picked e-billing option, auto pay, no thanks on Green and a 15 month fixed rate was the winning combo for me. Plus I got a $25 visa gift card at sign-up, quarterly rewards and a $50 credit after my first three months. Thanks to the rewards program and cheaper rates I'm saving about $250/year over Reliant Energy. The only downside is I usually have to wait a few minutes before I can talk to someone. They should improve that a bit. I highly suggest you make the switch to Bounce Energy and you won't regret it!

  I have been with bounce now for 5 months and had a great experience. I switched to them when another provider jacked up my rate. My plan is exactly as Bounce promised and I even got a discount when signing up. I have called customer service on 3 occasions and never waited more than 2 minutes and each time they answered my question or resolved the concern. I have been with a number of other companies and no comparison.

  Great Company, Earned over $900 in bill credits so far. For all of the negative reviews about not receiving the bill credits, make sure you read the terms. You have to make 3 on time payments to get the credit. Very Happy customer so far!
