Absolutely horrible

  I've blocked 7 numbers for this company they do not stop harassing me daily several times a day I tell them stop calling me take me off the list and they just hang up and call a hour later from different number. Today was last straw I'm contacting a lawyer about this harassment

Get scammed and laughed at

  They send you mail after mail, saying your contract is ending and do you want to get into another contract. Usually, when a customer doesnt respond to those, that means they do not want a new contract and do not want to do business with you anymore. Not clean sky! They will hate your rate up three times what it was and not tell you theyre going to do that, and when you call them about it, they laugh at you, treat you like youre stupid, and when it charges a whole bunch of fees to get them off of your bill. I cant believe people are getting away with this these days.

  Nonstop harassment phone calls 10+ times a day doesn't matter if you block their number they'll call off different number nonstop every single day company is trash

Price Gouging

  Over the course of three months the price per Kwh rose over 300% in the hottest months of the year. This is blatant price gouging. Rates also became variable without my knowledge or without me being notified. Very unfair business practices, steer clear.

Unwanted Calling to my phone that is on do not call registry.

  I do not have am account and do not want an account with this company and am very upset with the constant unwanted unsolicited calls 3 and 4 times all hours of the day and night over weeks from this company. This company calls all times of day and night from different phone numbers and hangs up and dose not leave a message. I have put a claim in with the Better Business Bureau with detailed dates and times with the various phone numbers, and a fraudulent claim to the Do not call registry. From my point of view this company is a fraudulent company and is illegally calling numbers that have elected not to be solicited by companies by utilizing the "Do Not Call Registry".

  Clean Sky operates on the lie of 100% renewable energy. There is no such thing! When I asked the pushy sales rep what renewable energy was, his only answer was the opposite of non-renewable. Then claimed windmills and solar. I asked, What if its dark and the wind isnt blowing? Will you shut my power off? The moron got mad. Signing up for this supplier is like a time share. You get notices every couple of weeks you need to sign up again before your three month contract runs out! I didnt have the time and my rate went to 21 cents! A real supplier stopped by and asked why I had the highest rate in the area!!!! I got three years at 9 cents. Clean Sky calls me the next day and offers me 10.5 cents. I told them I had a better deal for three years and less money. The asked if the energy was 100% renewable?!! Its the same wires from the same grid!!! They are scam artists trying to capitalize on save the planet Al Gore propaganda.

CleanSky Energy provides the worst service, Without notice they will increase 3-4 times the average charged for energy in Maryland. It happened to me for 3 years. After complaints they want to settle with $2000. After reviewing past one year the excess charged is more than that. They did this at least for 3years.

  I called in today because I got a disconnect notice I had it on autopay, so I didn't understand. I'm sure I sounded frantic, but Anna was very kind and professional. She was helpful and cared for my concerns. She worked everything out, took my payment and made sure I wouldn't be disconnected. I only wish I had got a notice that my card didn't go through earlier so I wouldn't have been charged a late fee.

Disconect Notice

  I called to dispute the notice that I was getting disconnected for non payment! I was connected to Lacinea, and she was so professional and told me my credit card on file for auto pay was not working. I then remembered I had a new CC. She took all the info and was so nice and polite!

Was switched to clean sky without my knowledge and paid twice as my normal bill

  I was switched to Clean sky without my knowledge from a third party. I don't know how this happened. My bill was twice the amount I usually pay. $364. FOR JUST ELECTRIC ALONE . Once I realized why , I called to get remove and had to go through hoops to get my service returned to my regular provider. They refuse to tell me who the person was who switched my service and refuse to show me any info saying that I signed up at all. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO BETTER

Suspicious and Uncooperative

  They emailed and said I needed to send a copy of my driver's license to verify identity. No problem, except they would never answer when I asked where to send that information. I tried calling 3 different times and waited 20+ minutes before hanging up. They would take two weeks to email back. Then an employee finally called me back to verify ID over the phone, except he took my information and never put it into the system. Then they cancelled my account.

SCAM.

  This is an absolute scam. The ladies that came to our door told my husband and I that we pay like 14-16 cents per KW with Ohio Edison, and if we switch to their company we would only have to pay 5 cents per KW.
Which is the literal OPPOSITE of what we are currently dealing with now, so they lied straight to our faces acting as if they were doing us a favor.
My bill is more than double. It is the highest it has ever been at this residence and there is absolutely no reason for it. We were also just told that we are stuck until April, due to a contract.

All in all, 0/5 stars.
With that being said, I HIGHLY recommend just sticking with Ohio Edison, customer service helped set us up with a more affordable payment plan until the contract is up.
