I monitor electric supply rates for a 99 year old relative that lives alone, in central PA, and heats her house with a heat pump, and I perform the enrollment process for her when there are favorable rates shown at the PA Power Switch site. I enrolled her with Energy Harbor last October at a rate of 0.1188/kWh. Recently PA Power Switch showed an Energy Harbor rate of 0.0956/kWh for 9 months, a 19% savings from her current rate. Since she was already an Energy Harbor customer I didnt think she would qualify for the lower rate but I called Energy Harbor to check. I was not only surprised that switching to the lower rate was not a problem I was really impressed with how efficient and courteous the young lady handled the process. ”
