While we would love to renew customers onto our lowest rates available, there are many factors that contribute to customer renewal rates, the largest being market conditions at time of pricing. The good news, however, is that we don't have cancellation fees, so if you ever find a better Energy Harbor offer, you can switch risk free.

I absolutely hate playing the Apples to Apples game in choosing a provider in Ohio-that being said, Energy Harbor made it easy for me to change my rate to a lesser non-promotional rate with a decent time period before I have to go out looking again! Customer service was assuring and helpful with all questions and inquiries and NO cancellation if a cheaper rate is discovered. ”
