Because of time-limited terms (e.g., 12 months), I shop for low rates for preferably renewable energy at the end of each term. I've used Energy Harbor for several of the past 5 years with very good results. But, occasionally I find a rate lower than their offer and choose a different supplier. Energy Harbor is almost always in contention however. ”
