Two months ago I switched providers. PPL is charging 14.612 / KWH so I decided to switch to Energy Harbor at 10.880/kwh. My bill hasn't gone down. I'm not using any more electric then previous months. PPL is charging a delivery fee that seems high for using a different suppler. I was charged $101.82 from suppler and $52.89 for delivery. I'm being charged more then half just for delivery. ”
