I originally applied and received approval to switch my energy supplier to Energy Harbor. For unknown reasons, with a call to Energy Harbor, it was discovered that AEP directly cancelled the service. The rep I talked with found me a less expensive rate for a longer period of time and I submitted the application. The only reason I didnt give five stars to each item is because I have yet to be told that my newest application is approved so I dont know how I would rate each item for sure until Im actually a customer. So far, so good. ”

Good rates and plan. I signed up for a no cancellation plan. I would prefer if the Terms and conditions of this plan more clearly spelled out that there was no cancellation penalty at any time. It is advertised as such and is the case, but is not clearly spelled out in the T & C. I can't rate all categories yet, but a rating was required to proceed. ”
