“ Watch out Commercial CustomersI was misled. Frontier salesman made me believe, that we will be saving over $51 thousands on electricity over 3 years contract. After receiving 1-st Invoice from Frontier we learn, that we would be paying over $48 thousands more than to current Electricity provider Brilliant. The only reason to switch from Electricity Provider is to save money. Plaintiff total rate for KWA was higher than current rate with Brilliant. After first invoice we switched back to Brilliant. Now Frontier is suing as for $36K ETFs - Early Termination Fees. They are a bunch of liars and thieves running a scam operation. Don't let anybody in company to sign anything from Frontier. Even receptionist or janitor. They will use it as legal document and drag you to court. ”

They don't send it text the will only disconnect and when you as for a refund they only give you some back and come up with something to try to keep the rest because you no longer need their service. How all of a sudden you have a negative when it's pay as you go plan.They are stupid as he'll. New they want to come up whatever reason to keep your money. Bad business!!!! “ I HAVE HAD ELETRIC NOW BEFORE FRONTIER HAD BOUGHT ELECTRIC NOW. I HAVE A 1 BEDROOM APT. MY GF AND I ARE NEVER HOME BUT FOR SOME REASON WE ARE USING A LOT OF ELECTRICITY?? DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. THEN THEY HAD DISSCONNECTED US WHEN MY GF HAD PUT MONEY ON THE ELECTRICITY THE DAY BEFORE. I CALLED THEM AND WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR 2 HOURS. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. SOMEONE HAD TOLD ME I COULDN'T SPEAK TO A MANAGER BECAUSE THERE WOULD BE NO REASON TO BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T SPEAK TO ME BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT WAS NO LONGER "ACTIVE". THEN THEY TOOK $50 OFF MY CARD AND SAID THEY WOULD REFUND IT BACK TO ME. NEXT YOU KNOW I ONLY GOT $25 REFUNDED. DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO GREEN MOUNTAIN ENGERY. ”
“ I had been with electricity supplier that I was very happy with through a friend in the business with Stream energy and it was great. I noticed much better prices and thought "what difference can it really make". Well it does. This company is a fly by night scam at best. They have never sent a bill until well after the due date. They are impossible to contact and the website does not work. What does work provides very little information. I think that the word Fraud sums it up. You'll see that this is one to avoid.J ”
