Terrible, horrible and extremely useless when it comes to correcting a mistake of theirs. Phone call after phone call of dealing with stupidity and not one person taking responsibility for their mistakes. Very aggravating to deal with.

This is one of the most deceptive energy companies out there. All you have to do is google them theyve committed fraud in addition to endless reviews of them deceiving customers with rates, with customer conversations, promising to resolve or callbacks and never do they do either of them. Google them on the on the same stuff. When you try and cancel they dont let you they just make up excuses or they say theyre going to and then they never do and continue to send you bills $5000.

Worst worst worst customer service. Never received call backs after they messed up my entire account. Raised by 5 cents when verified 3 times it would not. 2.5 months of back and forth.

Customer service does not help you at all. Never receive call back from upper management regarding billing issues that were confirmed by Dynergy staff members 3 times.

Dynegy Services is supposed to refund $9.95 back to me. As of today, still haven't received it. I filed a complaint with the PAPUC. PUC letter stated they were to send a check.
