I did not consent to switching over my services. No email or call for consent either terrible

I did not ask for my bill to double
Was not notified this was going to happen to my bill I'm now billed twice
Now I'm billed by these people and ohio edison
My bill went from 60$ a month to 200$ a month
Another energy scam

Look at all of the 1 star reviews. They get a star simply so their victims can leave a warning that this is a scam. Call and cancel so it doesnt continue, but youre stuck paying for the unauthorized service for the prior month. Your real electric provider wont help even though its on their statement, still waiting on the manager at DYNEGY to call methey said 24-48 hours, however that was a week and a half ago and I have not heard from them and my bank bank will not help. Someone needs to do something about these DYNEGY thieves!!

I have contacted Dynegy several times as we are switching from Duke to Dynegy. I have never been able to complete any call, as the agent is not sure of an answer, or you can tell they are guessing. Today I called and asked how the billing would occur once we switch, they said to call Duke, they did not know process how I would be billed from Dynegy. I also called about solar panels in the past, they were not sure how S-Rec credits would work . Need knowledgeable person to help.

My whole city opted us into this scam, which breaks your bill up into a bunch of intentionally complicated line items, and tries to make it look like it makes sense that your bill doubled. You have no recourse for what you've already been billed, and they are conveniently hard to reach (only a number to call with ridiculous hold times) and calling it will get you nowhere. Everyone responsible for this being allowed to exist should be sued into bankruptcy, but somehow this is legal. Opt out as soon as you possibly can.

Changed my service provider without permission and consent. Do not ever use this company for any reason.

Customer service does not help you at all. Never receive call back from upper management regarding billing issues that were confirmed by Dynergy staff members 3 times.

Worst worst worst customer service. Never received call backs after they messed up my entire account. Raised by 5 cents when verified 3 times it would not. 2.5 months of back and forth.
