Takes forever to get a human on the line! on hold for 40 minutes no contact!!!!!!!!!

This company really knows how to kick people when they are down. You can be an amazing customer for years and you need a little flexibility once due to life circumstance, they refuse to provide any and turn off your service when you have a sick kid that you just spent 2 weeks in the hospital with. EVERYBODY I spoke to was rude and unwilling to help!! I wouldn't recommend UGI services to anybody and their customer service is some of the worse I ever experienced. Pathetic!!
