Rude and no customer service
| This company really knows how to kick people when they are down. You can be an amazing customer for years and you need a little flexibility once due to life circumstance, they refuse to provide any and turn off your service when you have a sick kid that you just spent 2 weeks in the hospital with. EVERYBODY I spoke to was rude and unwilling to help!! I wouldn't recommend UGI services to anybody and their customer service is some of the worse I ever experienced. Pathetic!! | |||
