Complaintant states that they were visited by Ron Frazier of Ambit Energy to discuss electric bill.Complaintant states that Mr Frazier and his friend came in a SUV Van and parked in his driveway. Complaintant states that as he went upstairs to get his electric bill, Ron Frazier had unlocked his dead bolt on his front door.Complaintant states that after Mr Frazier left he noticed his 46' RCA TV missing and his front door unlocked.Complaintant contacted Mr. Frazier and was told the friend was the one who stole his television. Complaintant states that he contacted Ambit Energy, and after being helpful decided that they did not want anything t odo with their employees conduct. Complaintant states that when contacted mr Frazier about talking to Ambit Energy, that Mr . Frazier threatened him.Complaintant states tha tMr. Frazier told the PUC that the television was a gift, but complaintant denies this allegation. Complaintant states that Ambit Energy deny Mr. Fraziers employment status, and that the PUC only listened and did nothing to discipline Ambit Energy.Complaintant wants his television returned immediately, Mr. Frazier to contact him, and for Ambit Energy to be sued for employee's conduct while on their time, and have company pay or Mr. Frazier pay.

Complaintant states that his application for new electric service was lost and ignored by Ambit Energy.Complaintant states that when he called Ambit about the lost application they had him fill out a new application. Complaintant states that he lost a month of the discounted electric rate.
