Complainant alleges that an agent from the supplier company informed him that they could offer him a cheaper rate and that they would make the switch over for him. He states that his service was changed to American Power & Gas of PA on 5/16/2016 . He received a bill from liberty power for $2355.26, he states that he was switched over before his contract ended with liberty power .
