C-2011-2256514:
Complainant states that she signed a contract with Champion last summer which ended in December 2010. Complainant states that she thought her charges would revert back to kilowat when switching back to PPL. Complainant states Champion kept her as a customer, kept charging month to month rate, and did not bill her until March when she renewed her contract. Complainant states that Champion was suppose to call her, but never did. Complainant states that she feels it was negligent for Champion not billing her, now her total owed is over $2000.
