Complainant claims that their energy provider was change to Champion Energy Services without authorization from them.
C-2016-2552226:
Object to paying PJM transmission charges. was guaranteed there would be no rate increases, no extra charges, no add-ons, etc, when first bill came there were PJM network charges and transmission enhancement charges. Now they want to add another PJM charge. I want reimbursed for PJM charges we have entailed.
