Complainant alleges that the utility edited the recorded conversation that he and the representative had when he signed up for service. He alleges that he told the company that he would only sign up for service if there wasn't an early termination fee. Now he wants to terminate service but doesn't want to pay the early termination fee.

Complainant claims that he could not get in contact with BCS regarding his informal complaint Complainant was not competent to authorize any sort of contract Complainant claims that the utility made inaccurate claims when they promoted a change over the phone Complainant also claims that this utility allegedly targets people and expects to corner them and gouge their finances with no consideration of good customer service Complainant requests that his problem is rectified in justice so that other impaired senior citizens are not deceived to the tune of $10,000
