Complaintant states that they entered a contract with FirstEnergy for $6.34/kwh in December 2010, and amended the contract to reflect $6.60/kwh through Dec 2013. Complainant states they moved to a new home in November 2011, and were notified that they would need to sign for higher fixed price and a new contract. Complainant states that the original contract does no tgiv eFirstenergy power to cancel contract, only complainant can cancel contract if they move out of the area that West Penn Power serves. Complainant wants Firstenergy to honor the contract of providing power for $6.60 kwh at their new home.
