Complaintant states that Liberty Power switched thenm over to tehir service without their authorization. Complaintant does not wish to have Libert yPower has their electric company, and wants Liberty Power to not be allowed to charge people's account without their authorizaton.
C-2011-2258208:
Complainant states that Liberty Power fails to tell customers about additional taxes imposed by Met Ed.Complainant states that verification statement does state "Does not include taxes", and additional fees are not stated. Complainant states sales rep did not include the "fee" when showing that her bill would be lower. Complainant wants her contract termination refunded, the difference of her bill with Met Ed and Liberty refunded, taxes to be disclosed added by Met Ed or other generators, and the verification to state "tax" imposed on generators.

Complainat states that they were managing another account that was not theirs, Liberty told them not to worry as long as they had the account number. Complainant states that Liberty does not tell you they onl yaccept lease agreements. Complainant would like his early term charge closed and re,oved as well as have his account put back with MET ED.
