Complainant states that they received a bill for $966.58 for December 5, 2011, and made Met-Ed aware of what apperaed to be a billing error. Complainant states that they have talked to Met-Ed about the billing error and were told it was Liberty Power that did the error. Complainant states to issue is resolved they do not wish to do business with Liberty Power. Complainant states they were told if they cancel Liberty Power they would owe an additional $750 for violating the contract.Complainant is willing to pay up to sixty days of Liberty Power's error, but that is it.
