Complainant states my energy plan was switched from PECO to NextEra without authority.

Complainant states Jan 15 - Feb 13, 2014 bill was $2637.36 double the amount it usually is. We were never informed our contract expired January 2014 and was charged $0.18 per kwh. There are problems trying to cancel contract.

Complainant states she did not authorize utility to be on her bill.
