COMPLAINANT STATES WHILE HE WAS CHECKING HIS CREDIT REPORT, HE DISCOVERED UGI REPORTED HIM LATE EIGHT TIMES ON HIS CREDIT. FIVE TIMES WERE 30 DAYS LATE AND TWO TIMES WAS SIXTY DAYS AND ONE TIME 90 DAYS LATE. WHEN HE CALLED TO ASK ABOUT THIS (BECAUSE HE KNEW THAT HE DIDN'T PAY 30 DAYS LATE FIVE TIMES) THEY TOLD HIM IT WAS POLICY TO REPORT THIRTY DAYS LATE ANYTIME AFTER 1 DAY PAST YOUR DUE DATE. HE WANTS THIS TAKEN OFF OF HIS CREDIT, AND HE FEELS THAT THIS IS OUTWARD LIES.

SHE STATES THERE WAS NOTHING THAT SHE USED OR DID TO MAKES THIS BILL THIS HIGH. ALSO SHE SAYS THE PRICE OF A KWH HAS GONE DOWN, BUT HER BILL HAS GONE SKY HIGH. SHE WANTS THE LACK OF POWER PROBLEM TO BE CORRECTED BY UGI. SHE ALSO WANTS TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE EXORBITANT RISE IN HER ELECTRIC BILL.

COMPLAINANT STATES HIS WIFE AND HIM HAS OWNED A SUMMER COTTAGE ON KITCHEN AVENUE FOR 18 YEARS. FOR THE FIRST 15 YEARS THEY NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE BILLING FROM UGI. UGI CHARGED THEM AN ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR JANUARY AND FEBRUARY BILLINGS, THE THREE YEARS AGO. THAT YEAR WAS A VERY HARSH WINTER FOR THE NORTHEASTERN REGION, WITH MANY ICE AND SNOW STORMS. HE FEELS HE IS GETTING UNFAIR AND UNJUST BILLINGS. HE WANTS AN INVESTIGATION INTO UGI IMPROPER BILLING PROCEDURES, AND INSIST UGI TO GIVE HIM A NEW METER.
