Complainant states bills are extremely high and are being estimated and are not actual usage since they are using coal instead of electric for heat during winter months. They would like the PUC to find out why bills are so high during winter months since UGI will not check meter or figure out why winter bills are so high.

Complainant states incorrect charges on bill and does not know where payments have been applied. He would like the PUC to investigate account for missed payments and allow a reasonable payment plan.
