“  Beware of shady practices. I was told no early termination fees when the guy came knocking at my door. All he was pushing was a lower rate, he was also very pushy. I would not recommend using this company ”

“  After having think energy for 6 months I was suppose to receive a $100 gift card when I called to inquire it was then I was informed that I needed to have a usage amount and I didn't I was also informed that it would come in an email I believe this company lures customers by offering $100 gift cards but they don't disclose everything you need to qualify I find them to be very deceptive on how they get their customers to come over to them and I would never recommend them ”

“  Door to door sales came to my house. Lied to me about costs, I canceled within 24 hours which is a legal right. Three months later they started putting charges through my bank account. SCAMMERS!!! Beware of any business dealings with these people. ”

“  Horrible. Their auto payment plan sucks. Look forward to getting Screwed over and not taking the money out and bills adding up to where the cost is so much you want to jump off a Bridge. Even when you call them about it and they take full Responsibility and it's their fault they do nothing for you. They expect you to keep an eye on your auto pay well I thought the Purpose of auto pay is not to have to worry about checking and knowing your bills will be paid for every month. They told me it's my fault. For not checking Every payment. Once again that defeats the purpose of auto pay And They blamed the customer. After this happened they talked me into using my bank, not a card anymore. And yes when it happened the first time my card was up to date so I did my bank account this time just in case and because they said it was better to avoid this from ever happening Again After I set it up and confirmed multiple times with them that everything was working right wouldn't you know 3 months later I find out it has not been paying and I got a big bill again what a joke this company is. And good luck with talking to a Supervisor they say one will call you back but they don't I even talked to a different person and they said one will call me back they don't or I would have probably gotten this taken care of. So now I'm going Through Pennsylvania Utility Commission They go after Utility companies that are not doing their job right. I Just Want this fixed. And take responsibility that Their customer service is horrible and does not let you Escalate your problem They put the blame all on you as the customer who's paying for service. ”

“  I went thru their ridiculous process to re-enroll at the end of the contract and received a confirmation of re-enrollment. After 2 weeks saw my peco bill not showing them as my supplier. Called them and they had no record of me requesting for re-enrollment neither willing to review the re-enrollment confirmation email that I had received from them. What a joke of a company!!! ”
