Dishonest about contract duration
“ Provision reps lied about the length of the contract. They said it was until the end of NEXT December (this happened in November). They also stated that the rate will vary but will never exceed .05/kwh. I should have trusted my gut instinct and told them no. When I received my terms, conditions and contract a few days later, it is for ONE month, not 12. I went ahead and canceled the supplier before my contract started. Too many red flags right from the start. I wouldnt trust or recommend Provision to anyone. There are plenty of other suppliers to pick from that are more reputable. ”

Do they take me for a fool?
“ Signed up 12 months ago fort clean-source energy at 11.99 cents per kwh. Renewal came for an absolutely absurd 19.99 cents per kwh with 5 1/2 pages of terms and conditions. They are clearly trying to exploit people who don't check their mail carefully. ”

They switch your provider without Proper authorization. - SCAM
“ I received a letter from JCP&L stating that I switched to Major Energy. I asked for information but not to switch. I immediately called to cancel but 2 months later, I now see it on my bill. Now, I have charges from JCP&L and Major Energy. ”

Cant get it together
“ Normally, I dont have a problem but last month when I went to pay my bill it showed that I owed $17.62 but it also showed I owe 90 hours for the budget billing when I called to find out what I actually owe. They told me it was 49 something Using the app I was not able to pay the bill because it was more than a $17.62. I had to call and make a payment over the phone pay the service charge now this month is the same thing. My bill is showing 35 something When I call they say I owe 5463 but yet my budget billing is 90 so again I have to pay the service fee to be able to pay what my actual bill is being on a budget and not being able to keep my budget on track every penny that I can save is important . When will they get this together? They said that theyve been having issues for a year now but now its just started to be a problem for me what gives? ”
