I signed up for a 3-month promotional rate of 9.99¢/kWh. As soon as the promotion ended, they doubled my rate to 20.00¢/kWh without any prior notification or heads-up. I just opened an $800 bill. While I expected a change after the promo, a 100% increase is predatory. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I will be switching providers immediately and suggest others look elsewhere to avoid this kind of price gouging
