National Gas & Electric -- Profile Analysis

I live in northern california. they called out of the blue. first they say they are PG&E (utility), and that my bill was high last month which it was. when i ask them if they've seen my bill, they say they are not related to PG&E and don't have access to my bill. then they ask you for your name, gas account number, etc. and of course i didn't give them any information over the phone but when I asked them for a phone number to call them back, they give some BS phone number and hang up. Even if they are in the business of selling natural gas, they act like scammers.
