On 10/24/23 I was advised I had to switch energy suppliers. Yasmin came to my apartment when I was working from home on a call. I had just moved to PA a couple months ago. Yasmin kept demanding me to accept the switch and advised me that this was mandatory to the apartment complex I live in. If I did not accept, she said she would come back several times. This statement made me feel obligated to enroll as my understanding was this switch was mandatory with a deadline. She touched my phone to accept the contract. I didnt put in credit card information but they were able to switch as she used my account number. After everything was done, I took a breath and realized I might have been lied to. I talked with locals (my new colleagues lol) and researched on reddit, apparently this manipulation is not uncommon to PA residents. I called my apartment complex and they confirmed Spring Power and Gas lied to me to receive a sale. I canceled right away, therefore, I am unsure how to review their price/account management.

Had a group of 5 or 6 guys that worked for Spring out in carlisle soliciting on private property to the point where the cops needed to be called, talked to the cops and they said that they didnt have the any permits and were full of shit wouldnt recommend if you dont like scams
