Deceptive practices
| I haven't received my first bill with this supplier yet as I just signed up so I can't speak to any billing issues. The young lady that came to my home was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. I received my information packets for my gas and electric plan with your company. The young lady left out the part where I'm STUCK in a TWO YEAR, fixed rate contract with early termination fees!!! I don't like deceptive practices and I am going to find out how to report this. | |||

Very Deceptive !
| A very lovely young woman came to our door and led us to believe we were signing a "petition" of sorts to help "our community" obtain lower rates for our gas and electric usage. When I checked my e-mail, I realized that I had SIGNED a CONTRACT to change utility suppliers! My husband and I SHOULD have known better! We live in an HOA with mainly senior citizens, as are we, shame on this "nice", smooth-talking woman. She repeatedly assured us that she "did NOT represent any utility ! Her badge stated "I am not a utility employee", and THAT is true, BUT PAG&E , which is at the top of her badge IS a utility company - "Pennsylvania Gas and Electric" located in DALLAS,TX ! Don't be taken in like we were. We were able to cancel the contract - this "customer service" was excellent -which we did within hours. | |||

Don't trust them
| They send people to trick you or threaten you for your info or call you they are the worse of worse energy and gas suppliers The state should have removed their business license for these crimes alone. | |||
