Somehow when paying my bill just assumed it was my monthly bill amount and I hit enter only to find out that there was a bill out there for 1000.00 and another amount which was only 57.00 I only owed the 57.00. And upon looking at my checking account the 1,000.00 was deducted so I called and spoke with Jerrod Addison in customer service and explained the situation and he had his supervisor look into it and expedited it because that was my social security payment and would be without any money for the whole month. He called me back in a few days and said that they would be sending me my payment back by check. I just want to thank Jerrod Addison for all his hard work and that he should be reconized for his great customer service work.

Terrible service and communication
When setting up the account I had thought I had setup automatic payments, but I was wrong. I have been back and fourth between homes so I missed the billing.

With no physical notice notice my gas was shut off. They shoved a notice in my door stating that it was shut off (maybe do this before you shut it off?). I called, but the office was closed, so I paid my bill in full immediately using their automated service. Called the next day... but it takes them two full days to turn your service back on after bill is paid in full, and even longer if you do not call to follow up. Does not mater if this is your source of heat, hot water, anything. They do not care.
