Worse Customer Service of any Utility Company
I'm 63yrs old. I've had PPL my entire life. On 5/15/2025 I experienced the worst Customer Service in my life! He spoke barely any English. He asked me to repeat my Routing number/acct. number over 10X's. He continually told me I was wrong. I've had the same numbers over 15+ years, same address over 9+ years. Never had this problem before. Would not give me a Supervisor...said I had to make an appointment to speak with a Supervisor. My family is multi-ethnic, I'm not racist...
however, you need someone who can understand and speak English. This was frustrating and overwhelming. My bill did not get paid!!! Horrific experience!!!!
