Dumped me
I signed up for a 2 year fixed electricity rate contract with Star Energy Partners. 2 months later, they sent me a "Dear Jane" letter with no explanation. Told me that in July, my electricity generation supplier would automatically switch to PPL. They didn't hold up to their commitment. If they couldn't afford the rate they committed to, they should've called and tried to keep me by offering me a higher but competitive rate. Feeling dumped.
