“  DO NOT SWITCH TO SPRING POWER & GAS!!!!
The representative that showed up at my door GUARANTEED I'd be SAVING compared to PP&L.
And let me tell you, I received my 1st bill with Spring Power & gas and my bill IS DOUBLE what I pay through PP&L.
THIS IS WHY I DONT SWITCH MY ELECTRIC COMPANIES, THEY LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE!
I will be calling customer service ASAP on this matter.
I DO NOT take DISRESPECT lightly!
This is NOT a company you want to switch over to!

“  I cant even explain how many issues this company has. They will steal your money and you will never get to talk to a real human. Not to mention they just randomly increase the price of your electric. One day youll just get a bill thats triple what it was a month ago. ”

“  I understand energy suppliers and how things work, but somehow I fell for the pushy door to door sales. He used the term fixed for 30 days. My rate was accurate for 30 days then the rate more than doubled. Highest electric bill I have EVER incurred! Avoid this company at all costs ”

“  Company violated contract and lied about service dates. Customer Service rep agreed that this happened, but refused to correct the issue or provide the refund that was due. Go elsewhere! ”

“  Beware of shady practices. I was told no early termination fees when the guy came knocking at my door. All he was pushing was a lower rate, he was also very pushy. I would not recommend using this company ”

“  After having think energy for 6 months I was suppose to receive a $100 gift card when I called to inquire it was then I was informed that I needed to have a usage amount and I didn't I was also informed that it would come in an email I believe this company lures customers by offering $100 gift cards but they don't disclose everything you need to qualify I find them to be very deceptive on how they get their customers to come over to them and I would never recommend them ”
