“ They have ripped me off for years now. They promise you low rates and then they jack them up. All the guy could say is we'll send you a $70 check and lower your power to 6.4 which is the same as ComEd all the time. I've been duped by this company. ”

Worst customer service of my life
“ Horrible service. I called because I saw several reviews and was interested, but they have a super bad service. I talked to a rep, his name was Junior and his extension was 1875. I just wanted to know more about how everything worked and he spoke to me in a very rough tone, he made me feel stupid, then he hung me up.When I asked to speak with him again he continued to give me a terrible deal. I was excited and thought I could refer my family and friends but considering that their employees work like this, I lost all wishes. They shouldn't have that kind of employees, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT! ”

“ I think its atrocious that Ive paid my bills from my checking account with no fees up until now 2025. You decided to use another vendor and now Im getting charged a quarter to make a payment because youre forcing me to auto pay. Terrible company and I wish you would just go away ”

Don't pick TriEagle!! They are a scam!!!
“ I had a horrible experience with them. I had service at my primary residence and when adding a second location I was charged a deposit of $395 when they specifically told me I was not. I then canceled both locations and went to another provider but somehow they did not allow the switch and kept charging at at the second location where they charged me the deposit. They are an energy scam. ”

I have called this company many time at all times of the day. No one ever answers!! I have been on hold for hours!!! I am so sick of not being able to speak to someone so I will find another company.
This company does not respond to their on line email contact form either. I'd think hard about using this company ”

worst electrical company in the United States
“ I am a new Peco customer and this is the first time in my life that I cannot get a bill from a company. It is now seven months and I have not received a bill from Peco so while I sit here and wait all those bills will accumulate and Ive been told by Peco we have a new system,Thats why we are delayed. But meanwhile, all my neighbors friends, and family are getting their bills on time. Whenever they decide to send me all these backup bills and put me on a payment plan, I assume the present bills are coming as well. I am a customer begging a company to please send me a bill. I have tried numerous times telling them while I am backed up and being put on a payment plan. The present bills are coming. They don't give a f@@k. So imagine my frustration when I finally get 12 months of backup bills. ”
