SCAM!!!

  Look at all of the 1 star reviews. They get a star simply so their victims can leave a warning that this is a scam. Call and cancel so it doesnt continue, but youre stuck paying for the unauthorized service for the prior month. Your real electric provider wont help even though its on their statement, still waiting on the manager at DYNEGY to call methey said 24-48 hours, however that was a week and a half ago and I have not heard from them and my bank bank will not help. Someone needs to do something about these DYNEGY thieves!!

Worst costumer service ever

  Somehow my gas got switched to igs over the summer so I didnt know I was paying 85 cents per ccf until I got an over 400 dollar bill I called igs and they said to cancel I would have to pay $150 which is crazy cause I never signed up they said a guy came to my house and gave me his name and said because I opened an email sent by this guy I would have to pay after I got off the phone I put igs in my search bar in my email and saw I had 3 emails NOT opened and the name wasnt the guys name that they told me super shady so I called back and told them I never opened the emails I could send them pictures and they said I was lying I could make them look like I never opened them smh I dont even know how this company is in business I would never agree to pay that much they have to have one of the highest rates out there! Not sure what they are doing to scam people but they got me this time. Customer service was not helpful and kept changing the reason I had to pay cancelation fee and on their website it says they dont have cancellation fees so thats weird. I will be paying close attention to my bill from now on to make sure I never get switched to igs again they are the WORST!

  If I could leave no stars I would. My fianc and I have been trying to get in contact with a supervisor from Just Energy and they say to wait 24-48 hours. Well, it's been a week and still no phone call back. Called again1/8/25 and 1/10/25 still no call from a supervisor. We went to Sam's Club back in November and the guy there was talking to us about our electric. He said if you sign up with us today your bill will be either the same or less and we will even give free gift card up to $50. We thought nothing of it and were like okay that doesn't sound bad. Well, our first bill after that was 75+ dollars more than it should have been. We cancelled it because we were lied to and told them no more. Next month's bill came, and it was still on there and this time for over $185 more! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and writing on all their social media. This is a disgrace!! AWFUL and would never recommend this company!

Bad solar buy back service

  They did not put me on the plan I requested and did not credit me or buy back my solar generation leading to me paying a regular electric bill although Ive had solar for 1 and half years and wont give me any credit for all that wasted energy and time
