Compared many many rates for electric. Found Energy Harbor to have a great rate for a longer term (31 mos.). I'm very please that this company understands people's need for good service with affordable prices.

My current electric plan is expiring in May and I needed to choose to stay with them or choose a new provider. Choosing a new provider was seamless.

Two months ago I switched providers. PPL is charging
14.612 / KWH so I decided to switch to Energy Harbor at 10.880/kwh. My bill hasn't gone down. I'm not using any more electric then previous months. PPL is charging a delivery fee that seems high for using a different suppler. I was charged $101.82 from suppler and $52.89 for delivery. I'm being charged more then half just for delivery.

We would love to learn more about this to see if we can help!

The sign up was quick and easy. My only suggestion would be that a start date be given so the coordination of changing suppliers is known up front. I do realize working with various companies takes coordination and not always easy. MetEd did confirm dates for me after I called.

Went on PA energy shopping site with plenty of time before the expiration of my current deal. Evaluated that Energy Harbor best suited my needs in the current market. Transaction was very easy and now that I have been through the first billing cycle I see that it was done efficiently.

I found a plan that I liked at an affordable price that was several cents lower than UGIs rate. My only concern is that UGI says the transfer will not take place for 30 to 60 days. I am disappointed at this delay, but Im looking forward to saving money with energy harbor.

I don't like all these company's calling me and wanting me to take there electric. As of now I am paying for 3 bills plus Met-Ed. All I want is one company. My bill went from $50.00 to $93.00 , what is going on with this.

Annually, I review my options for an electricity supplier. My choice is based on the cost per kw. Harbor Energy provided the best option. Selecting the company online was easy and direct. Usually I have experienced a delay between the application and the provider company response to take me on as a customer. Harbor Energy responded promptly and accepted me as a customer. I now await the promised documentation of the contract.

When I enrolled, I was disappointed that I didn't get a confirmation e-mail and other than the confirmation info on your website (which I had to cut and paste into an e-mail to myself), I haven't heard another word.

When I contacted Energy Harbor I was not made aware of their lowest fixed rate. Once I discovered their lower rate , I had to contact them again. Very frustrating.

Unbeknownst to me I was enrolled with Energy Harbor. My bills were fine for awhile then all of the sudden I received a bill that was so grossly over my normal bill and their customer service was rude and their lack of compassion was astounding. Don't sign up with them and check your bills monthly to make sure you aren't signed up with them without your knowlege
