Registration process was easy and quick.

I contacted Energy Harbor about switching my generation supplier. They offered the best rate. The person I spoke with was polite, competent and extremely knowledgeable. Could not have been an easier process.

There's been much confusion on understanding both your electric & natural gas bills when you receive them but I found the folks at Energy Harbor to be helpful and patient to explain the different plans and any other questions that you may have, plus the rates that they offer are some of the best available . Great feeling to do business with a company for your energy needs.

I fond this deal on PUCO site. It's a decent fixed rate and based in Ohio. I took it for 12 months. No hidden fees or charges. The Kwh charge is very competitive.

I'm happy so far although I haven't been with them for more than a month. But the enrollment was very easy, people friendly, and my enrollment approval was quick and sent by email. No aggravating phone calls! And, yes there's more, Energy Harbor contacted my main supplier to alert them of my change and that company also e-mailed me my confirmation and approval. Energy Harbor took all the time consuming work off my busy schedule which was such a stress free relief. Thank you Energy Harbor!!

The whole experience of joining EH was a good one. Everything fully explained and all of my questions were answered. They also contacted Ohio Edison and did what needed to be done. Their service will start being billed with my July bill so hopefully I will have a chance to "review the package picked" in this same manner after that first bill.

I got on Ohio Apples to Apples to compare rates and plans after seeing my AEP electric bill increase significantly. Energy Harbor's price was half my AEP rate! Also necessary for me was a fixed rate, at least 12 months and no early termination fee - and Energy Harbor was good on all points.
Finally, when I called to subscribe Thomas did a quick and efficient job at enrolling me and Energy Harbor followed by email to say I was accepted. All in all, a pleasant experience that will save me $$$

I absolutely hate playing the Apples to Apples game in choosing a provider in Ohio-that being said, Energy Harbor made it easy for me to change my rate to a lesser non-promotional rate with a decent time period before I have to go out looking again! Customer service was assuring and helpful with all questions and inquiries and NO cancellation if a cheaper rate is discovered.

I found EH on Ohio's apples to apples site. Enrollment was simple aided by a representative.

My rate was almost cut in half.

It was very easy. Less than 5 minutes. Everything was easy to understand/follow.

Enrollment was pain free, and with our energy bill sky rocketing to 12 cents per kWh. We needed another provider. Our bills were cut in half, with no worries, no termination fees, and no monthly fees for service.

We have been with Energy Harbor for several years without incident. When my old plan was about to expire, I chose to lock into a much longer agreement simply to avoid the hassle of doing it every two years. I was pleased that my rate went down a little with the new agreement.

Toledo Edison is a Joke. Energy Harbor has GREAT prices. Couldnt be happier with our choice to switch

The only issue I had was selecting the correct Ohio Power option on page 3 of the sign up, if you were originally a Columbus & Southern Customer you have to select that option during signup on page 3 to put in the SDI number.
