I was completely out of oil. It's the day after Thanksgiving and Kaitlyn F. was so gracious when I was frazzled. She followed up with me promptly and the delivery crew us coming today! Thank you so much. The overnight temps are forecasted to be in the 20's for the next week. Shipley, you're terrific

AWFUL

If i could give them negative stars I would!! Starting with the rude lady in customer service raising her voice and speaking to me like an imbecile- I have been told numerous false and confusing things regarding my account and plan. Added fees, unexpected services, being told one thing and it's another. Will NOT be using this company!!!!!!!!!!
