I transitioned from my Ga Natural Gas plan to Constellation because Constellation offered a rate $.17 lower per therm than my current without any haggling or phone calls.

Easy to contact and set up service.

On my latest search for the best energy price available Constellation was the best deal. Easy sign up experience.

Aep raised my rate from 6.5 to 1 point something so I switched to a new supplier I saved money for approximately 6 months then they jump my rate I switched to constellation and got my rate back down however AEP is still crushing me on the delivery charge there should be some kind of a law stopping AEP from their price gouging since everybody is stuck using them for a distributor. With constellation my bill is only about $170 a month but then you have to add aep's $250 distribution charge on top of that and throw in some taxes and lo and behold you're up over $400 every month again. Try paying that on a measly disability check, should I eat or pay my electric bill?

I was paying so much for delivery for so long. I had no idea that Constellation existed. Great costumer services, promotions, rewards!

Although we did not need any customer service, signing up was quick and easy and the rate excellent.

I chose constellation for two special reasons . 1 a 36 month contract . 2 price .

They were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. I believe that they have a great plan and I have recommended them to others.

My hot water heater was leaking and 21 yrs old. Mary Ellen was very helpful with financial info. Kyle Baxley and Jared Dotson came the same day and in no time a new unit was professionally installed with no mess and the old unit was removed. They were careful to cover their shoes and cleaned up anything they used. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of all involved to get my new hot water heater installed the same day I called.

Constellation representative was very helpful in answering my questions and I recommend Constellation.

I was helped to find the best rate and after an interview and my acceptance, I got a letter in the mail confirming my agreement. First rate service.

Easy to enroll, they provide good and timely information and my energy expense has decreased quite a bit.

I havent had it but a month so the review is limited.

Switched providers because the old supplier had rates that were no longer competitive. There was a brief glitch during sign up. Ultimately, the old account was shut down, and the bill was issued with competitive rates.

It has been a very good experience so far. They have done everything promised and then some when it came to reimbursements for my cancellation penalty with GA Natural Gas

No trouble signing up through Atlanta Gas. They did what they said as far as turning on service, etc. I was still getting bills from previous owner and she is deceased from Scana.

I shopped for gas service recently when moving. Constellation made the entire process fast and easy, and I appreciate their friendly customer service.

So far, things are great. The only things I found mildly annoying were: 1) The letter they sent advertised a lower rate, but "my area" was not eligible. 2) The website is not easy to navigate. Otherwise, I'm quite happy.

Everything was easy. Phone Rep was great when signing up. Significant savings so far.

Signed up for gas service on 12/4. I have experienced 2 billing cycles now with no change is price. Still billed by my previous supplier.

Changing over to Constellation from scana was an ordeal but not because of Constellation. Constellation was recommended to me from a friend who has had good service from them. Scana, on the other hand, was a terrible provider, with NO customer service, non-competitive plans (in fact, I was lied to about the service plans available in my area ) Time will tell about Constellation but the prices were good and the service reps friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been with consolation energy for years now. At first they were better priced than PSE&G, then they became even floating around the same price. Now in January 2024 price to compare, I paid $140 if I were with PSE&g it would have been $70 for natural gas.

Sign up was good. Paid my last Scana bill. Assume you guys are now providing service. Have not received my first bill. All good so far.

Fine for the their energy prices if you do a good job picking your plan. However, the "early termination fee assistance" program that is supposed to refund you if you experience a termination fee to switch plans is a joke. It seems to be a sham company. Very disappointing and a pain in the ass. Don't switch to them thinking you'll ever see the refund/reimbursement for that fee!

I assume I will be switching to another energy provider as my plan ends in 2 years since no provider seems to give you an actual competitive rate to remain with them.

Terrible phone only experience. Soft Credit check, Hard Credit check, copy of Drivers license and not a single email, web interface or paper mail trail regarding the process. 3 different reps. Called today to state i never got written confirmation - only verbal - only to find out they never completed the process !
They never called me back as they said they would. I was actually worried that it was a potential scam due to the lack of any documentation -provided by Constellation- during the process. I was the pursuer to get a better price, but in the end since they let me miss the deadline for a next-month cut-over decided that it just was not worth the time and energy and renewed for a higher rate with my current provider - GNG. They recorded everything but I sincerely doubt that they ever listened else, they would modernize their process. It is easier to buy a car or lease a 1,500 cell phone.

What I literally use a month runs anywhere from $5 to $17 a month. BUT they charge/bill me anywhere from $52 to $73 a month

On June 13, 2024 I switched to Constellation via telephone conversation with Constellation sales person. At that time, the person reviewed my credit after I unfroze it for a day. He stated my credit was excellant (827). He said paerwork would be in the mail to me to complete and sign. The paperwork never arrived afte 11 days from call. Today, 6/24/24, I received a letter from Constellation stating my enrollment has been canceled!!! This letter was dated June 14, 2024 and was mailed June 18th!!!! They stated the reason was that they could not access my credit score (AES) from Equifax. In my opinion, this nothing but BS (why no call to me to straighten out problem? My credit score is excellant and Constellation sales repr confirmed that with me over the phone on June 13th. Their letter was signed "Constellation Customer Care" - I don't believe I received any "Cusotmer care" in thier letter.
Fortunitely, I found a more reliable gas provider. In the meantime, Constellation has lost a customer for life!!! due to this lack of care for a potential new customer.

This has happened to me twice. Theres some checkbox that you have to select to ensure you card is processed. They dont tell you the checkbox isnt selected. They have a valid card on file and wont process the payment. They dont tell you the payment wasnt processed. They just add it to next bill and do not tell you anything. They will cut your heat off in the middle of winter and will leave you with no hot water for a over week. This is a not a reputable business and I wish I selected a different provider.

The order process was easy and fast. There is a good reporting/marketing promoting options. I cannot see what I pay per energy usage on the invoice, just the monthly payment. I get an error code when I use the View My Bill link. I get the same error code when I login via your home page. The error message states that I have no access to the data. I reported the problem twice. I received an answer on the first report which states Im successfully registered now. But I still dont have access to the data.

I signed up in early August. No welcome pack, no email. Finally I reached out and they said that the account wouldnt be switched until November 1st because the account number was keyed in wrong. In the meantime I am now without a fixed rate plan and will be paying for their mistake.

It took four different times to get signed up. Probably not with the effort for only a fraction of cent cheaper than Com Ed.

They disconnect service without courtesy calling or emailing. Dont have same day service and very limited customer service hours. Their representatives dont even know the customer service hours. When you need you reach a specific department they transfer you and then it goes to voicemail. Its a joke.

Was trying to sign up for service until i heard that they had a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel after 3 months. That cancellation fee is forever. I said never mind.

Applied months ago and is still not active.

I have been with this company for almost six years and I regret it all the time. Of course Im locked into a contract so I cant change right now. They have turned off my gas due to a mistake on their part but instead of apologizing and getting my gas back on today, they will get it on tomorrow. I explained that I have a medical condition and that it is supposed to get down to 34 degrees tonight but nope, tomorrow. We are moving soon and I will NEVER use this company again!

They will drop you as a customer, after signing a contract, without even telling you. THANKFULLY, I needed a copy of a bill for a new resident form so I was locating my account information to set up an online account and I just happened to find out Im not longer a customer. I should have gotten an email is inaccurate, and had I not called, I wouldve have been late on my new company (who they shared my info with unknowingly) first bill which was due the next day. Over all, dont go with them. Sure the rates look better, but customer service is absolutely horrible and they dont care about respecting their customers. 0 reason to discontinue our new contract one month into owning our new home.

This company is a joke. Lied about a gift card for signing up. Rates changed sporadically. The customer care doesn't care. So I am going back to scana which I never had a problem with.

Yet to receive a bill. Had trouble switching as I had two residences on my Eversource bill and that seemed to be an issue yr people could not solve.

This is a horrid company and their is no level of customer service. It is based on sales and that is their bottom line. It is structure to syphon from its users and to get people into a rock and a hard place. DO NOT go with this service provider!

This company's accounting and customer relation stinks. I love Baltimore and companies doing business in Baltimore, but not this company.

Couldnt set me up online and needed me to call a representative to give information. Then proceed to try to sell many insurance products to me. I said it was a scam to make me call in and talk to him and he was annoyed because he IS a sales representative! It was all a big hassle and I didnt feel comfortable with them. Also received many solicitations after signing up.

Beware of shady practices. I was told no early termination fees when the guy came knocking at my door. All he was pushing was a lower rate, he was also very pushy. I would not recommend using this company

I signed up for a 3 month term do to a short term lease and I was informed that a 3 month contract isn't a 3 month contract it is a 3 month billing cycle term. They had no issues in trying to get me to renew and pushed on that heavily. I am not sure when a 3 month contract turned into a 3 billing cycle term, so be sure to look out for that. Do not recommend since whatever you sign doesn't mean what you actually get.

Even if you barely use the gas the fees will bleed you dry as well

VERY UNETHICAL PRACTICES - Called to inquire about electric service as their home warranty perk with being a customer seemed like a good deal which would protect us from the possible high costs of AC and water heater repairs. Even though their price per KW is higher, my wife and I concluded it was worth the piece of mind of future unexpected repair expenses. When signing up, we asked a lot of questions regarding coverage and were told everything is covered unless specifically excluded which seemed like very few things which were mainly maintenance related. Fast forward, and our A/C breaks down 6 months into our contract. We were happy to know we wouldn't have to worry about this, especially with twin babies at home during the Texas summer months. We filed our claim and they sent one of their 3rd party companies to inspect our A/C which left us with an invoice of 3500 and said to call Constellation regarding repair coverage. Upon calling, Constellation's warranty department which goes by Home Protect, proceeds to tell us our part needed is not covered and falls under items excluded in the contract. When I ask to please forward contract reflecting this, they tell us they cannot because it was in the welcome package we would have received through regular mail. I eventually reach a service rep who is able to forward us the original welcome package that was sent to us with contract included. Upon review, we notice it Does Not mention our part as one of those excluded from coverage. We call Constellation's warranty claims department back and get transferred to same manager who we let know that we were able to get the contract and can now see it does not show our part as one of the excluded ones on the list. She then changes her approach to tell us in a very condescending manner that actually if it's not on the list of covered parts, then it's assumed it will not be covered.

I have yet to be able to contact any one to set up direct billing - too many gate keepers, too long on hold, most of the help is very difficult to understand. And the web site is of no help. Have had to pay my bill as a guest. Oh, and I've had two bills so far: one for a partial month of customer service fee one for some bogus "new service fee" that I was not told about. I have yet to pay for any gas usage.

Too expensive am changing to a more affordable company

As a former Constellation customer with 800+ credit score, I was expecting the switch back to Constellation to take just 5-10 min. instead, it took 10 days, multiple calls and emails. I walked away from it, but then was contacted by someone from corporate team who actually got everything done in 2 min.

I signed up with Constellation on a state of Georgia site, shortly afterwards I called back as my current contract with GNG was not to expire till after the Constellation service start date. I simply called Constellation and asked may I start service after my contract date expired with GNG, they said no problem, we can start later, and they'd cancel the application. Now I owe GNG $150 and you have to jump thru hoops to get the $$ from Constellation.

They dont tell you everything and youll end up having issues with billing I signed up and canceled right after not even a week apart and received two bills robbery I would definitely not recommend and will definitely pass along my reviews on media not to join!

I requested to switch my service from GNG prior to contract renewal and Constellation stated they would provide notification of my switch because they couldn't start service until the first of the month which would be after my current contract. Now GNG is charging me a termination fee and Constellation sent me some email about requesting a gift card. I don't want a stupid gift card! I've spent hours on the phone back and forth with both companies. All liars and crooks, I'm so sick of this, is there a single decent honest company left?

Signed a contract with Constellation in Feb.2026 and they fell through by not transferring my account. I was charged the highest rate by Georgia Power because of no contract. I paid $150 more for the month of Feb. than usual. I would never recommend Constellation!

My last summer bill was on around $280 and this year our bill went up to $540 and we have kept our air condition at the same temperature as last year. I have called their customer service and they said it takes two weeks to come back to us. Also, a matter of fact all my kids already went to college. We have less people at home using washer and dryer and air conditioner. We have been with them for many years for somehow their service and billings are getting worse. I am not sure I will renew the contract with them that is due soon
