I have no problem with Public Power. It is not their fault that State of Ohio political members are still cheating us with the cost of electricity. I would like to see the responsible people art punished and the citizens of Ohio will be refunded the money they were overcharged. The the men responsible for this should help pay back the people instead of the taxpayers of Ohio

Was glad we could sign up for the 10 month fixed rate a Our rate of
0.609 per kw. Our ele bill for Feb. was 176.00 better then 340.00.

We recently changed Public Power and should save around $100 a year on our annual electricity costs.

Very professional/courteous. Ive only experienced 1month so far but based on that and ease of signing up I dont anticipate any problems! On another note there was a gift card offer when I signed up but I havent received that yet

The rate is decent, however, it took 3 times to finally get accepted after my order was canceled, rate no longer available or changed etc. Was a little disheartening but when I got my bill it was exactly the same as it was w prior power supplier with a higher rate so can't see what happened there. A tad disappointed but have only gotten 2 bills from them. Hoping to see improvement over next couple of months or may be time to change. C

I feel that locking people into contracts then raising rates and stick people with a 200 dollar charge for leaving for a more reasonable rate and forcing people back into renegotiating. It's very stressful. None of this feels ethical

not cheap. November bill well over $100 despite living alone and keeping thermostat between 68 and 70 degrees F.

Ended up doubling my electric bill

I contacted them in June and they still hadnt done anything about transferring the account from Aep to them costing me hundreds of dollars, poor customer service, dont switch to them they are slow of taking care of business

Bill is now higher, rate did not change. VERY disappointed.

I have yet to see a change in my bill. My last bill still had the old provider.

This is a sham! I switched, got locked in for a year and pay more now than I did before. Supposed to be .02 cents less per kwh than previous company but I am now paying more.
