“  horrible experience. Sent payment thru bill pay, XOOM claimed they did not receive payment. We provided proof from the bank via copy of check showing their bank/name. Weeks later they sent a disconnect notice, we called again provided copy of checks, they said thats not good enough, we need copy of bank statement...we blacked out info they did not need sent in, weeks later after many calls still not resolved, finally 2.5 months in we received a notice in the mail the account was finally credited, but demanding $30 in late fees!!! Still fighting this with them. DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDS ”

“  This company over charges you, refuse to give extensions unless you pay 50% of your bill down, call you with tv playing in the background, refuse to help you understand your bill and how they are charging you, they lie about rates and charge you completely opposite of that! They falsely say they are the best in Texas electricity provider. ”

“  I've have never heard so much BS when you complain of why my bill is so hi . I left there service first they promised to pay up to 150 for canceling your membership in your old service company never happened. That your bill will be under 90.00 dollars. Yeah sure never was my bill 90 dollars my bill was 200 plus every month while my neighbors have 78 dollar . I should be able to put up the bill so everyone can see it . They send me a bill for $284.59 for a total use of 35 kwh what that tells you that the have a standard billing it don't matter what your usage is they must get a minimum of 250 from you. I wonder is there any government agency that controls them oh hold on we also have a suspicious government elected . I wonder why can't I go directly to central energy . They even charge delivery. And believe me I've waited outside of my house every day looking for a truck or a van delivering my electric. You know that's sarcastic yeah . But why this charges you take your car to the mechanic they charge you a labor rate yes but they don't charge you for the tools they use . Can you imagine that . This BS has to stop ”

“  TriEagle double charged me last month which didn't upset me to much since I expected a prompt refund back to my account.Trieagle acknowledged the mistakes but refuses to return the money in a timely fashion or to my account.I was told yesterday I will receive a gift card or check in the mail and that it will take weeks costumer service had no idea when I will get my money back if I havent received it in an additonal 3 weeks ( it happened on the 23rd of March yesterday was the 4th of April mind you they wont me to wait an other 3 weeks before calling back.Totally unacceptable ! ! !Never dealt with a company with less concern for their costumers worse customer service and less interest in correcting their mistake.My advice stay away from TriEagleWhat if they accidentally clean out your account and other payments bounce ? I guarantee they wont pay your late charges. I was told that much by their wonderful, useless, costumer service .Needless to say I will switch provider as soon as my contract runs out and my advise to everyone is stay away from TriEagle their rates aren't worse the problems they could cause you. ”
