Gotta Do Better
“ Have live in Great Bend 4 yrs now we loose power whenever the wind blows over 5 mph. It July 22 2024 and weve lost power over 5 times already this year. Penelec/ First Energy has no problem raising rates for their substandard service. ”

Frustrated
“ I signed up online for a 12 month rate. I received a letter in the mail welcoming to the company and confirming all my information. Two days later I received another letter with a slightly higher rate but everything seemed set. When I got my electric bill on the second billing cycle the supplier had not changed yet. I called Energy Harbor to confirm there were no problems and was told that my account had been rejected. Since then rates have gone up. Why wasnt I notified immediately? ”

THIS FRONTIER ENERGY IS HORRIBLE!!!!
“ they gave us a comparable rate for a few months, then when it was time to renew they TRIPLED the rates. we got a bill that was several hundred dollars higher than what it would be with ppl. no way should this be allowed to happen the rates should not price gouge the customer if they dont switch and hop off month to month. THIS IS A JOKE ”

SCAMMERS
“ Really unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. ! Man knocked on my door. First thing he said was that he was sent by the electric company to fix a charge on my bill. He asked for my phone to see my bill, told me he was gonna take some charges off and make it cheaper& send me a card with money they owed me for said charges. Said all I had to do was give my name, address & take the call from this lady. Kept asking to come inside & Asked me to lie and say he left and just all around made me feel so uncomfortable, kept asking me personal questions about my relationship status and even asked if he could text me later on. I told him I wasnt sure I wanted to finish and told him to leave but he got angry and told me I had to finish because he had my info and it was already processing. The whole process I felt like crying. Finally got to close my door and called the electric company and they said they dont send people and to call them to cancel. Also looked online and it said it was a scam, that they cause you to pay more! I called the customer service number and canceled . Luckily you have 7 days to do so before you are charged 75$ fee to cancel it! Do not answer your door for these people & if you do STAND YOUR GROUND & tell them to go away! ”

Green Mountain Energy Is Scamming Me
“
I have sent a numerous amount of emails to Green Mountain and support@greenmountain.com, ALL HAVE BEEN IGNORED!
I have been receiving usage reports on Monday evenings for the last 6 years.
I have NOT received a usage report from Green Mountain Energy for the last two weeks!
June 30th - July 6th - NO REPORT SENT!
July 7th - July 13Th - NO REPORT SENT! Its July 15th and I have not even received my Bill for June. What is going on?
I keep track of what you are charging me! Do your job and send me the usage reports! What are you hiding? Should I start complaining about Green Mountain Energy to the proper authorities? I have sent over 10 emails to you in the last week, ALL of which have been ignored.
I need my usage reports for the last two weeks.
I called Green Mountain today (July 15th, 2024) and they REFUSED to give me my usage report for June 30th - July 6th. What are they hiding? What is going on with Green Mountain Energy? In the past 6 years I have NEVER experienced this problem.
At this moment I am so pissed off at Green Mountain Energy that I am thinking about changing providers. ”
