As I was looking for an alternate gas energy supplier I found Symmetry. The price and terms were very attractive. I immediately made the change. All went through without any problems and I am now enjoying a lower rate, Thank you.

It was easy to sign up. The monthly cost is less than it would have been with the previous supplier. This is very helpful considering a fixed income in today's much inflated cost invironment.

EVEN THOUGH I WAS APPROVEDOVER TWO MONTHS AGO TO CHANGE TO YOUR SERVICE, IT HAS YET TO HAPPEN. DUKE ENERGY TELLS ME ITS BECAUSE OF BILLING CYCLE. SEND SURVEY AGAIN ONCE SERVICE HAS STARTED.

I started in 11/23 to change over to Symmetry Energy Solutions. I just received my February bill and we still havent changed over to your company. When I called they told me two numbers were switched around. They assured me it was corrected and I have the change. Your company needs to get organized and do things correctly!!! This experience has been absolutely horrible!!! Okay
