I am a current and long term customer at Energy harbor. They are great to deal with and offer fair rates.

Just a warning...pay close attention to when your contract expires. They have predatory billing practices.

I didn't realize that my term had expired. But I wasn't that concerned because it would just be fair market prices (I thought). My rates had quadrupled before I realized there was a problem. I did try to talk to customer service to be made whole they offered me an insult and Said it was the best they could do. The service itself we never had a problem with, but they are a bad faith company. Be careful.

For the Philadelphia area, there is no doubt in our minds that the clear overwhelming choice for us was Inspire Energy. We've worked with some of the other Elect Co's and Inspire is without a doubt, head and shoulders above them all in every category

Kelli Jefferson has went above and beyond to help get my service restored after It was mistaken disconnected when bill was already paid. Kellli Jefferson went out her way to call and check on my Family and I. She also applied a credit towards my next bill. We need more workers like Ms. Kelli, she was very compassionate and had a warm spirit. Kiddos to you Kelli Jefferson.

Im only writing the review to shoutout the customer service representative that helped me in that department. The companies rates department is absolutely rude. I called to cancel and the agent couldnt sell me on a renewal and got upset and hung up the phone in a rude manner. Absolutely disgusting the attitude that was displayed over the phone. They gave me no confirmation number or any indication that the cancellation process has started. I called back and spoke to a WONDERFUL agent named Daniele G. Not only was she astonishingly pleasant to work with, she addressed my cancellation inquiry without hesitation and with a positive attitude. If you are in management please treat this employee as if they are a good star in the classroom. She deserves to be the example of customer care at this company and deserves more additions to her paycheck. I would even leave a tip if I could. Other than that, the intro rate was good. I would do it again in the future.
